Best known for her role as the moody wannabe vampire Bella Swan, Kristen recently revealed why she decided to star in ‘Snow White and the Huntsman.’
Kristen Stewart plays a bad-ass Snow White in Snow White and the Huntsman, a far cry from sour-faced teenager Bella Swan. And in a new interview with Us Weekly, Kristen reveals her motivation for playing Snow White came from a desire to do something “completely different than Twilight.”
Some fans would argue that Twilight is full of action — it has fight sequences between vampires and werewolves, and Bella is in a state of constant peril — that keeps Twi-hards on the edge of their seats.
Kristen says, however, that she’s “always wanted to do a bad-ass action movie,” and SWATH was her chance to do it.
In fact, she’s already begging for a sequel!
