Just days after Justin Bieber got into an alleged scuffle with a paparazzo, the pop star was spotted waving and smiling to fans in Oslo, Norway May 30. Are you surprised at his cheery demeanor?

On May 30, Justin Bieber took a break from his “surprise” tour promoting his new album Believe to show his fans his appreciation in Oslo, Norway. Showcasing his pearly white teeth and an electric purple Members Only jacket, Justin acted as though his alleged paparazzo scuffle on May 27 never even happened! What gives?

Justin, 18, not only seemed unfazed in Oslo, but he even returned to the scene of the alleged crime with girlfriend Selena Gomez on May 28.  The two shared a romantic dinner at the Common before Justin jetted off to jolly ole’ Norway!
