Under the radar no more! In a candid interview with a reporter, Robert Pattinson proves his admiration for his leading lady Kristen Stewart by reminding everyone that Kristen, 22, was “one of the top three young actresses” before Twilight became a global sensation!
“The reason I did Twilight in the first place was because I saw her in Into The Wild,” the 26-year-old actor says, smiling.
Admiringly, Rob, reminds us that Kristen did a ton of Indie films, and that she was the “go-to girl” before their Twilight hit. This is just more proof of Rob’s love and pride for his well deserving girlfriend K-Stew.
Wouldn’t we all LOVE a boyfriend like that? Tell us Hollywoodlifers, was it love at first sight for these two?

It’s clear they have made a decision about their efforts to hide their relationship from people. I’m glad for them — it must be so exhausting and what a relief to be able to talk about what and who you care about. I recently read someone who said Angelina’s career has been overshadowed by the attention given Brangelina, and I’m sure Rob and Kristen are cognizant of this possibility and will not let it happen, unless they come to a point where they want to be more focused on their private life, which is likely (hopefully) years away.
