Justin Bieber‘s alleged May 27 paparazzi battle at the Calabasas Shopping Center in Calabasas, Calif. is gaining legal heat. Sources close to the case say it will be referred to the L.A. County D.A. and Justin could face criminal prosecution!
The decision about Justin, 18, was made even before the investigation is complete, TMZ reports. Although police had recommended the move and it is pretty common for high-profile cases, it’s still shocking stuff!
If convicted, Justin could spend six months in jail. We bet he’d have plenty of songs to write about life behind bars!
