We know Harry likes his women a little more mature, but now he reveals another secret about his taste in ladies — he likes them bold!

One Direction‘s Harry Styles wants YOU to ask him out — and we know how he wants you to do it!

When it comes to relationships, Harry doesn’t like a girl who messes around. He wants a girl who is confident and doesn’t play games!

“I think if you like someone, then you like that person– you shouldn’t play games. You should ask them out,” he tells Tiger Beat.

So how do you ask a boy band heartthrob out?

“Walk up to me and just make conversation. I like someone who’s easy to talk to!” Harry said. He makes it sound so easy!
