[PICS] Demi Lovato & Britney Spears ‘X Factor’ Auditions

Britney & Demi stepped out in the scorching Austin sun May 24 for the first round of ‘X Factor’ auditions.

As the competition is about to heat up, Britney Spears looked stunning in a bright pink mini, while fellow judge Demi Lovato sauntered from her car in a neon yellow dress. The unlikely duo have joined The X Factor‘s judging panel alongside former American Idol staple Simon Cowell and Epic Records exec L.A. Reid. The formal announcement came earlier this month during the Fox upfront in New York City.

Earlier this afternoon, Spears tweeted out her excitement. “Just arrived for @TheXFactorUSA auditions – hope everyone is ready! Still waiting on @SimonCowell of course.”

After overcoming a tremendous amount of adversity, Demi and Britney have America waiting with bated breath for their judging debut. During last night’s Idol season finale, a brand new X Factor promo premiered that featured the two divas.

“What was I thinking?” Simon smirks in the video.

Demi is absolutely stunning and a singer with a beautiful voice and she knows what she’s talking about when it comes to music. Britney is very widely known and has been in the music career for a very long time! They will both make fantastic judges and I can’t wait to see them on tv!!! I love Demi Lovato with all my heart and soul<3333333333333333

I attended the first round in Austin today and was disappointed with Britney’s absence (way too much of the time), especially during the final four or five contestants’ auditions. What else could one expect from someone of her caliber? Should not have been surprised. The girl is grossly over-paid if it’s true she will earn $15 million for the season. Talk about an inflated salary!

Entire afternoon could have gone just as well minus the little diva.

I think both ladies will surprise alot of people.From what I heard DEMI lovato is doing really well and Britney is too.so I’m rooting for these two against naysayers.
