Reality star Jenelle Evans still doesn’t have her life on track — or custody of her 2-year-old son Jace — but that isn’t stopping her from making another lifetime commitment — another baby! Since getting engaged May 16, insiders have been buzzing that Jenelle is expecting her second child with on-again-off-again boyfriend Gary Head.
“She’s so irresponsible, it wouldn’t surprise me if she’s pregnant,” an insider tells Star, noting that the Teen Mom has recently gained 20 lbs. “But for her to want another child would be crazy.”
Even crazier is the fact that Jenelle, 20, underwent plastic surgery on May 2 to get breast implants! If she has already begun showing, then it’s likely Jenelle was pregnant when she went under the knife — a big no no according to plastic surgeons. Triple board certified plastic surgeon, Dr. Ramtin Kassir says he would never operate on a pregnant woman barring a surgical emergency such as a fall, accident or dog bite that needs immediate repair. “During pregnancy, especially in the first trimester, you need to keep stress to a minimum. Only emergent surgeries are performed, never anything elective,” he explains.
Plastic surgeon Dr. Anthony Youn agrees, adding that he administers pregnancy tests to all his female patients prior to performing any surgical procedures and cancels the surgery if the test comes back positive. ”The amount of medications necessary to perform proper anesthesia could be potentially dangerous for a developing fetus,” he says. ”Any surgeon who would perform a breast augmentation on a pregnant woman should have his or her head examined.”
We sincerely hope that Jenelle wasn’t pregnant when she got her implants. And more importantly, what is the rush to have baby number two anyway? Jenelle and Gary should enjoy being engaged before starting a family.
“Gary loves Geese, and it wouldn’t be shocking if he wanted a sibling for him and a child of his own,” adds the insider.
Only one week before getting engaged to Gary, Jenelle was in the arms of bad boy Kieffer Delp. Nonetheless, the insider claims that Gary is “thrilled” by the turn of events. “He had asked her to marry him before and she said no,” the insider explained. “I guess she changed her mind.”

i totally agree with what you said samantha, she spends more time thinking of herself than her son shes already got, she treats her mother like dirt!! she has alot of growing up to, she does not deserve that little boy and would be very irresponsible to have another.

First of all, before a surgery like that they make you have blood work done.It not only includes any major medical issues, but if you are in
fact pregnant. Any responsible Dr, will not take a patients word for it.
She has gained weight, because all she does it smoke weed and munch. Seriously, where this website gets their “facts” “inside information” is beyond me.

Who the hell really cares if she is pregnant again or not? It would be a tragedy for the child just like it is for the son she already has. The extra poundage she is carrying around shows that she doesn’t even care about herself. She looks like a fat slob. Guess she only cares about what her fake boobs look like.

Yea she gained weight but she would have to be pretty far along to have gained 20lbs. Far enough along that a responsable doctor would not do an elective surgery like breast implants

I think she is just a young and immature girl she is not ready to be a mother I do not think that she should be able to have anymore kids. when I watched the show all I heard about was men she never cared about her son she needs to stop and grow up. that is 1 reason why I hate watching that show, she got on my nerves she is a liar and I hate watching the show because of her. that’s all I have to say about that.
