Poor Selena! She’s definitely had a rocky start to her day.
Around 3 a.m. local time on May 22nd near the Bulgarian capitol, Sofia, a 5.6 earthquake shook the country and a 4.9 magnitude aftershock occurred about 90 minutes later, according to the Associated Press.
No immediate injuries or deaths have been reported and Selena took it to Twitter to let fans know she’s safe.
“Thank you for all of your concerns!! Earthquake was scary but thankfully everyone is ok. Praying for Italy,” she tweeted on May 22.
We’re so happy to hear Selena is safe and we’re praying for Italy in these troubling times, too.
