From marital problems to booty shorts to an unbelievably competitive game of tug-of-war — some serious drama unraveled on the May 20th episode of ‘RHONJ’.
Uh oh! It’s Field Day in New Jersey and that only means one thing: tug-of-war on and off the field.
The episode began with Joe Giudice telling Teresa to “f****** shut up” in the car when she was talking about Joe Gorga drama — when the kids were in the car! Does anybody else think this type of behavior is alarming as I do? For being a “good husband” he seems very disrespectful and out of line. Teresa went on to blame his behavior for being a Gemini, but that definitely isn’t an excuse.
Moving on with family matters, Jacqueline Laurita filled her missing-daughter void by taking Lauren Manzo shopping. So cute. But the real drama began to unfold when Teresa Giudice’s daughter Gia announced that she needed to start wearing a bra. Oh, the troubles of pre-puberty. But Teresa — being the good mom she is — went ahead and took Gia bra shopping.
The next day everyone gathered together at Jacqueline’s house for Field Day and the first game of the event was tug-of-war. Shockingly Teresa, Melissa and Joe were all on the same team: Team Blue. But Gia was on Team Red and she was VERY upset that her team wasn’t winning.
In fact, Gia had a full-fledge breakdown. Gia yelled “you’re a cheater” to Joe Gorga (oh, the irony!) during the game and then quit. But Housewives Jacqueline and Caroline tried to calm Gia by reading her a book about being a bad sport, but she wasn’t having it. This turned into a fight between the adults when Gia asked for her mom and neither Jacqueline nor Caroline called for her. Ugh!
When Teresa found out, she was understandably upset at Caroline and Jacqueline and went on a rant about how if Gia calls for her mom — they should call for her mom. Everyone else that witnessed the fight expressed their exhaustion for the continuous drama going on at family parties.
It sounds like everyone is just as sick of the drama as we are, so hopefully we can expect a resolution soon.

Gia must be exceedingly unhappy in her home to have displayed such incredible anger at Jacqueline’s house. Something horrible is happening in that home. I feel so sorry for the kids.
