Miley Cyrus walked the 2012 Billboard Music Awards red carpet and her makeup was flawless; her hair on the other hand, was an interesting choice.
It had a retro vibe with a modern edge that looked a little messy and too old for the young starlet. Miley, 19, is not afraid to change it up every now and then, and we applaud her for that. But this time, her ‘do left a little something to be desired!
