Katy Perry loves to take risks when it comes to her appearance, and the 2012 Billboard Music Awards was a chance for her to do it again! Katy, 27, sported Old-Hollywood inspired curls that were colored purple and paired her hair with a pout to match.
The star looked so pretty and put together! She somehow made the look ulta-glamourous, even though purple hair and matching lips wouldn’t usually be on the best-dressed list!
