Jennie has been very open about her recent divorce from Peter Facinelli, and now she’s thanking fans for helping her get through the extremely emotional time in her life.
Jennie Garth is reassuring fans she’s “doing great,” despite her emotional breakdown on the May 11 episode of her CMT reality show, Jennie Garth: A Little Bit Country.
The 40-year-old mother and actress took to Twitter on May 12 to thank her followers for the outpouring of support after the airing of the episode, in which she reveals in a therapy session that she’s angry that she “wasn’t enough” for Peter Facinelli, 38, during their marriage of 11 years.
“Thank you all for your love and support after last night’s episode. That was filmed a few months ago, and I am doing great!!! Xoxojennie,” she tweeted.
We’re so happy she’s doing better!

Ugly? Are you kidding? Really Now? Jennie is beautiful! I wish i looked as good as she does. If 40 is old, then boy i’m over the hill i guess.
I don’t know what is going through Peter’s head, but he had a sweet beautiful wife. I just can’t figure it out. They were happy, but maybe Peter isn’t so happy with himself right now, and he’s trying to figure that out. Who knows. I think he’s foolish. Unless there’s abuse, there’s no excuse not to work on a marriage. Now their daughters have to be shuffled back and forth to and from their divorced parents. That’s sad.
Jennie will find someone someday, but it will take time. Love hurts, and it takes time to heal.
