Amber’s cryptic tweets have fans gleeking out about the future of Miz Mercedes Jones.

Much like real-life high school seniors, the upperclassmen on Glee are facing an uncertain future on the show, and fans are dying to know which of their favorite graduates will find a way to return in the fall. ”That’s a wrap!” Amber Riley tweeted May 9. “Just closed a chapter in my life, the only thing I’ve known day in and day out for three years. I’m going to miss the whole Glee family, seeing them everyday!”

“I have so many brothers and sisters now,” she continued. “But I am looking forward to a much needed and deserved summer vacation! SCHOOL’S OUT Glee Kids! Let’s play!”

But after gushing about how much she’ll miss the hallowed halls of McKinley High, Amber left gleeks with one last glimmer of hope:

“Stay tuned to see what’s next for Mercedes ;)”

So while we probably won’t be seeing the dynamic diva as much as we used to, it sounds like we definitely haven’t witnessed the last of Mercedes Jones.
