Miley Cyrus’ Fans Abandon Her — Is Her Career Over?

With no exciting projects on the horizon, we hope Miley takes the opportunity to host ‘The X Factor’ — her most recent movie was a HUGE box office bomb!

Miley Cyrus is a superstar, but it seems her fans have left her — her latest movie LOL has totally flopped!

Miley, 19, starred in the movie, which was released on May 4. Unfortunately, it only made $46,500 in theaters over the weekend, Yahoo! Movies reports — that’s barely above the per-theatre average of The Avengers!

Perhaps this is why Miley has been jealous of her boyfriend Liam Hemsworth‘s recent success — The Hunger Games certainly didn’t have any trouble at the box office! Perhaps Miley needs to seriously consider taking The X Factor hosting gig while it’s still on the table!

Whatz wrong with u guyz ? Why r u always targeting miley n wanting to take her down ? U shud at least know that the movie was never promoted .. At least in our part of the country .. Why do Bonnie Fuller and this site (and Perez Hilton and the paparazzi, etc.) want to destroy Miley Cyrus? All of you are EVIL. Miley Cyrus probably does more good for the world in any one week than all of you have combined to do in your whole miserable lives. If anything happens to that girl, I am holding all of you personally responsible and hope you can live with yourselves. I know if I so desperately tried to destroy a teenager, I’d never be able to look at myself in the mirror.

Im an aussie Miley fan and im SO PISSED OFF!!!!!!!!!
Ive been waiting for this bloody movie for YEARS and im still so excited to see it, but they didnt push it or advertise it AT ALL!!
this would have had the potential to do really well if they made some effort!!!
I still cant wait to see it :)

Personally, they didn’t play the movie anywhere near me. I looked in all 3 close cities and it’s not available.

Hopefully she’ll never work with Liongates again, cause many of her fans waited over a year to watch it, and ultimately couldn’t do it.

Obviously Hollywood life did not know that Loingates did not want to support LOL at the very last minute. That’s why they didn’t have any premiers or interviews with the cast. If Liongates did support it then more people would have watched it.

LOL is a great movie, received great reviews in India, is widespread in Brazil with nearly 150 posters, and made $ 20,000 a day in Singapore and was the third most watched movie of the weekend in EUAs so please shut your mouth because the movie wasnt that flop, thanful.

And at last: Miley fans are here for her as much we was years ago. You don’t know our fandom, Miley fans, so please stop talking, stop breathing and stop exist please. if miley had a REAL fan base, Lions gate would have shown the movie some love. But mostly likely after post production and being seen by the execs… they knew the movie sucked and would bomb! ITS A FACT, that if Miley had a true fan base here in the US.. she would be touring here in the USA and her movies would be in a broader release.
