She’s already five months pregnant and definitely showing! Should she be wearing five-inch heels?

The Jersey Shore guidette is known for her wild antics, but now that Snooki is more than halfway through her pregnancy, should she be wearing shoes that look more like giant ice skates than they do shoes? 

Sure, Snooki’s Jeffrey Campbell shoes are cute, but her recent Twitter photo has us a little concerned.

Here’s how the 24-year-old’s shoes measure up: The “Glide-lo” is made with leather, a rubber sole, a 7-inch shaft, 3.5-inch platform, and a startling five-inch heel! What ever happened to sensible flats?
