Lindsay Lohan Assault Charges 2012

The Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office is about to decide whether there’s enough “compelling evidence” to charge Lindsay with assault from an event that happened a few weeks ago — could she end up behind bars again?

Lindsay Lohan has more legal problems looming over her once again. The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department has been reviewing surveillance video from the Standard Hotel even though Lindsay claims she wasn’t there. Read on to find out if the girl Marisa Dugas plans to sue Lindsay!

Three people from the club say that Lindsay was there and have filed police reports. Lindsay reportedly threw ice at the girl and bumped into her. But sources tell RadarOnline that there is enough “compelling evidence” to charge Lindsay.

If Lindsay is charged, the source adds that Lindsay could go behind bars again. Lindsay was thought to have left her legal problems behind her after finally finishing her probation and community service at the LA Morgue.

TMZ is reporting that there are a lot of “holes” in this case and that Lindsay won’t be charged. Marisa reportedly only wants a public apology and doesn’t plan on suing her.

Lindsay is set to star in an upcoming Lifetime movie and play Elizabeth Taylor.

Keep in mind that Radaronline is owned by the same people who are behind the Nation Enquirer, a magazine that’s well known for fabricating stories(they’ve gotten sued over running false stories more then once) So they’re so-called “sources” have very little crediblity, remember all those “sources” they had about Whitney Houston’s death that were proven false once the coroner gave his report? Marisa’s story is completely bogus, anyone with a shred of common sense knows that, she says she only wants an apology because she knows that she would lose in court if she tried to press charges.

The title of this article claims one thing, but then the article itself suggests the exact opposite. Nice job, Holllywood Life, you’re awesome.
