Kim Kardashian To Kris Humphries: Stop Lagging On Divorce

Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries’ lawyers came head to head in court Friday, May 4 — and it’s not looking like Kim’s any closer to being divorced!

Kim Kardashian has made it very clear she wants nothing to do with Kris Humphries — and that includes being married to him! Today Kim’s lawyer, Laura Wasser, and Kris’ lawyers, Lee Hutton from Minnesota, and Marshall Waller from Los Angeles, met in court today to plead their clients’ cases — and neither side got any closer to an agreement. This is truly the divorce from hell!

“I feel that (Humphries’) personal feelings and maybe some media drive is keeping this case alive,” Kim’s lawyer said, adding that the couple is more than eligible for divorce, since it’s been more than six months since Kim filed her petition.

She added, “Certainly, they’ve been separated longer than they’ve been married.”

Wasser continued to explain that Kim will make Kris pay for all her legal fees if she beats him in a trial. As it stands now, Kim is asking for both sides to pay their own fees.

Meanwhile, Kris’s team is continuing to seek an annulment from Kim and claims their marriage was a fraud. They are planning to bring key information and witness depositions in the near future.

Superior Court Judge Stephen Moloney told both sides to return to court on Aug. 15 for a status hearing.

I agree Kris H was not all sweetness he had a darker side to him . Even Scot tried to stop him making a fool out of himself when he decided to go clubbing , and then bring them back to their apartment . He was rude about Khloe and he also made sneering comments thoughout . I am not saying that he is to blame more like 50/50 on both sides .
I think Kim had issues that she could of delt with in a better way , but at the same time Kris was being selfish in some of his ways .. At the end of the day just get divorced and move on

Kris Humphries has every right to be hurt and to fight for his dignity. He truly loved KimK and he wanted a real marriage. I am actually amazed at the speed with which she can fall in and out of love, so,so quickly That woman is cold, no feelings, no remorse,no love. She expected everything to be perfect and the way she wanted it, immediately. Marriage needs work to be successful. All she wants is to be wrong and strong.
The marriage was young it was best to give him another chance. If not,then she should have been willing to talk to him face to face,to work out a decent divorced or annulment. Instead she put her friend Chebin, and her relatives above her husband and his needs, now this is the result.

@Dale Kris was ready to sign the divorce papers but changed his mind after seeing kktny. His legal team advised him to get an annulment instead of a divorce. Kim used her split from Kris as a storyline for her show. This increased the TV ratings and allowed her to make money off her divorce at the same time showing the public why her divorce was justified. Kris signed contracts and prenup that prevented him from saying much so the kardashians were free to put their own spin of what happened through the media and on their show. They made millions off Kris and thought they could dispose of him quickly but didn’t bargain for him fighting back.

If Kim didn’t need help with the ratings then she should have editted Kris out of the show completely or wait until the divorce is finalized before airing anything to do with Kris. She could have handled her divorce privately without the media attention and tell her husband that she is divorcing him. She is so cold the same day she filed for the divorce she was off to Australia peddling her hand bags. The main theme of the show was to showcase her husband behaving badly. She could have made it about her store or sister or Scott or Mason but she used Kris Humphries for rating as people were more interesting in the trainwreck and gossip about what really cause her to divorce him

If Kris feels he was defrauded then he has a right to fight for his rights. He is not even able to portray himself as an innocent victim as he is forbidden to speak about the marriage or her show. He has not said much about the divorce anything you hear is mostly from his rep, sources friends insiders which may or may not be true. Kim on the other hand has not stopped trying to portray herself as an innocent victim in love with love. She spoke on the Australian show shortly after her divorce. She wrote an apology letter to her fans that she got caught up in the hoopla of the tv show and should have ended her relationship. Her mother made several appearances defending her daughter as an innocent victim. Kim and her family made several other appearances taking digs at Kris and trashing him at will. Several stories were published about Kris portraying him in a bad light. If she just wanted a divorce and didn’t try to smear his reputation then maybe he would have signed the papers long ago. Kim has used every opportunity to show how innocent she is so if he feels that going to court will clear his name then let him do his thing.

It is said that Kim was livid that Kris let out that she was the one that pursued him. At their wedding party Kris’s teammate Jordan Farmer remarked that he was surprised to see Kim at a Nets Game as they have one of the worst records in the NBA and very few celebrities attended their game. To add they didn’t decide to get divorced until after the season aired. They didn’t get divorced immediately after so there is no way to rework the season even if she could which she cant. Hence us seeing her bad moments too & there were alot last season.

How do you know there is no way to rework the season? Are you a Kardashian or producer of their show? The show suggests that KIM already made up mind to divorce Kris by Sep 30.2011 the anniversary of her father’s death. This means Kim should have cancelled the showing of her fairytale weddding Oct 9. 2011 since she already made up her mind to divorce Kris. What kind of sick narcisstic person tells people to watch her wedding special and go to talk shows like Jay Leno and Ellen in Oct-2011 like she is so in love when she planned to divorce the guy? Only one who plans to get money and TV ratings. She made money off airing the wedding special knowing that she did not intend to stay married. The storywriters for KKTNY used her marriage as the reason she was behaving badly,so that gives justification for the divorce. It is obvious that scenes where inserted, reeditted and voices dubbed over so if she wanted to take Kris out of the show, she could have done so. The Kardashians had this planned all along. They are not fooling anyone but themselves and a few foolish fans. Kim is a fraud and very deceitful person.
