After giving birth to her second child in July, Kate Hudson was eager to lose the baby weight, but didn’t have time to spend hours at the gym. Keep reading to find out how the blonde beauty dropped 30 pounds!
Baby weight, be gone! Like most new moms, Kate Hudson was ready to get her hot body back after giving birth to her son, Bingham, in July. But, between taking care of a newborn and her 8-year-old son, Ryder, the actress just didn’t have the time.
Instead of slaving away at the gym, Kate, 33, found a way to incorporate exercise into her lifestyle. “She bikes everywhere!” a friend of the actress told Us Weekly.
To change up her workout, Kate also dances in her home studio and goes for 5-mile runs outside. “She loves being active,” added her friend.
To keep her energy levels at bay, Kate eats plenty of vegetables and lean protein, such as chicken. The actress also eliminated all alcohol from her diet to speed up her weight loss.
“People think dieting is all about food,” said dietitian Cheryl Forberg, noting that a glass of wine per day can add up to 3,000 calories a month.
