Khloe is planning to proceed in the limelight — without Lamar by her side — in order to keep her family’s massive $40 million deal with E!, a source tells HollywoodLife.com exclusively! But do YOU think she’s doing the right thing for her marriage?
Just because Khloe & Lamar won’t be returning for another season — doesn’t mean Khloe, 27, will be taking a break.
“Khloe wants to develop a new reality show for E! as soon as Lamar gets picked up by a team and Kris Jenner is helping. Lamar isn’t opposed to being on TV or being in the spotlight, He just doesn’t want this period of time in his life to be documented,” a source tells HollywoodLife.com exclusively.
And don’t worry. We’re told this definitely won’t be the beginning of the end for the two. Lamar, 32, reportedly is very supportive of Khloe’s career.
“He has no problem with Khloe doing reality TV, as long as he gets to stay out of the picture for the time being. He is worried that a team won’t take him seriously if he is taping Khloe & Lamar,” a source tells HollywoodLife.com. “He feels he has to prove to the world that he means business. Khloe will be in London this summer and her trip will be caught on camera, so she is happy about that.”
Plus, Khloe and Kris have major pressure from E! to live up to their $40 million contract, which is another deciding factor for Khloe. “Khloe is super stressed out because she has to deliver the goods to E!,” our source says.
“Both Khloe and Kris need to come up with some type of reality show now that Khloe and Lamar won’t be returning. E! is paying them $40 million and they are expecting some top notch shows that bring in top ratings. It’s tough for Khloe because even if she does do a reality show focused on only herself, it will be awkward to viewers that Lamar isn’t around. Kris was very adamant about Khloe and Lamar doing another season. Let’s just put it this way, Kris is not happy and when Kris isn’t happy, nobody is happy!”

I read the show was canceled because of low ratings not because of Lamar’s meltdown or whatever he had. Excuse me but what career did Khloe have other than appearing on their various reality spinoffs?
If she love’s her hubby so much, as she says, then she need to make her life separate from her half-siblings and build a life with Lamar but we all know that’s not going to happen.
