Kris Humphries may best be known for his whirlwind relationship and 72-day marriage with Kim Kardashian, 31, but don’t underestimate this handsome b-baller — he’s “one of the NBA’s hardest-working and underrated big men,” says Men’s Health.
Just look at the stats: He averages a double-double every night and ranks fourth overall in rebounds.
How is he doing it? According to the magazine, he’s a creature of habit, before every game he ritualistically eats the same turkey and guacamole sandwich and takes a quick nap. Who knew!
Kris sticks to an impressive 4,500 calorie diet of nutritious and organic foods like eggs, lean meats, and veggies. He doesn’t touch sugar and hardly drinks any alcohol. His nutritionist Tracy Paradise even has to push Kris to have a cheat day!
“If it were up to me,” Kris says to the mag, “I wouldn’t have a cheat meal. I think the way I eat is the foundation of my performance.”
