Aww! Giuliana Rancic‘s assistant and other co-workers at E! left her speechless with a surprise baby shower at the office on April 26.
“Luv u girl & my amazing @ENews family:)) I was shocked! RT @SarahK_LA Surprise!! Luv U@GiulianaRancic!! #BabyRancic” Giuliana, 37, tweeted on April 26.
Her assistant, Sarah Knight, arranged the mini baby shower and surprised Giuliana with yellow and green cupcakes when she arrived at the E! offices in the afternoon.
How sweet! Sarah made sure to keep the theme gender-neutral, since Giuliana and husband Bill are keeping quiet about the gender of their baby, due through a gestational surrogate in late summer.
“We do know [the sex],” but we’re not telling anyone,” Giuliana said when they announced they’re pregnant on Today on April 23. “We’re going to keep it to ourselves for as long as we can.”

I’m so happy for Guiliana and Bill. They have been working so hard to get pregnant and for a long time and it’s finally happening :) So excited for you two!
