Despite being ‘pumped with fluids’ and ‘swollen’ all over, in a new interview, the new mom says she was ‘committed’ to looking good while she was delivering her daughter Blue Ivy.
Beyonce, newly minted as People‘s “Most Beautiful Woman,” confessed to the magazine that she didn’t feel beautiful during birth with baby Blue Ivy, but she tried her hardest to look as good until the very end. “I tried my best to roller-set my hair, and I wore my gloss when I arrived at the hospital,” the 30-year-old singer told the magazine. “I committed myself to the end and wore my kitten heels.”
Does that seem a little extreme? The singer and style icon laughed off her last-minute beauty touch-ups and said, “after many hours of labor, I didn’t care how I looked.”

It dosen’t matter what shoes Beyonce is wearing to any where. And you know it, as soon as you see her performance. I swear, she rock it all. So great it was a normal birth.
