Rob has been working out a lot lately — and it shows! Keep reading to find out how he dropped 10 lbs.
Robert Pattison isn’t “pudgy and pale” anymore! Earlier this month, TV personality Wendy Williams criticized Rob’s body and urged him to hit the gym and get a fake tan. Well, the 25-year-old Twilight star must have taken her words to heart because Rob looked completely tanned and toned when he stepped out at Coachella on April 22.
“It really looks like he’s snapped out of party mode and back into discipline mode,” Alicia Hunter, weight expert and author of The Accidental Diet: From Fugly to Fox, tells HollywoodLife.com. “Rob is young, so I bet it didn’t take a whole lot of work to get back that broad-shouldered, little washboard waist all of us Twi-hards have come to know and love.”
Alicia estimates that Rob has lost around 10 lbs. through a combination of diet and exercise.
“He probably dialed-down his empty carb consumption (read: less alcohol and late-night bar foods) and upped both his lean proteins and cardio,” Alicia says. “Rob definitely looks like he’s been running on the beach and catching some waves… oh, and a shave!”
