Miley was spotted leaving a jewelry store on April 19 in Los Angeles — is she planning to tie the knot soon?

Are there wedding bells in Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth‘s future? The 19-year-old stunner took a break from Pilates on April 19 to go shopping with a girlfriend at Polacheck’s Jewelers in the Calabasas Commons. We wonder if she was checking out rings for an engagement to her 22-year-old boyfriend Liam?!

Last month Miley tweeted a picture of herself wearing a three-carat diamond ring on her wedding finger, but later confirmed that she wasn’t engaged. Now that photos have emerged of the actress leaving a jewelry store — with a shopping bag in-hand! — maybe plans have changed for the happy couple.
