HollyBaby.com got a chance to ask John, 45, how he and his big sister Joan, 49, manage to be A-list celebrities and still you get along so well — read on to find out what he had to say!

John and Joan Cusack are best friends. But we must admit, it’s a rare thing for siblings to be so close and even work together! HollyBaby.com spoke to John at the NYC premiere of his new film The Raven hosted by DeLeón Tequila & The Peggy Siegal Company on April 16 and he gave us the inside scoop on how he and Joan have managed to get along fabulously over the years.

“I’d say understand you’re probably going to get into disagreements along the way,” John told us. “But family is the only thing you’ve got, so work it out if you can and forgive everybody.”

There you have it, so the next time you want to scream at your big brother or little sister, just remember John’s advice!

After the premiere guests headed over to the very swanky  The Vault at Pfaff’s where they got to mingle with other A-listers!
