Kris Humphries: Kim Kardashian Could Have Avoided Disastrous Divorce Mess

If Kim K. hadn’t disrespected Kris by blindsiding him with public divorce papers, they could have settled their split without bitterness, a friend of Kris Humphries tells HollywoodLife.com exclusively.

Like Khloe Kardashian said — Kris Humphries and Kim Kardashian‘s divorce has lasted longer than their 72-day marriage!

But a friend close to Kris, 27, tells HollywoodLife.com exclusively that this disastrous divorce could have been easily avoided if Kim was just honest with Kris from the start.

“He’s so easy to talk to,” the source tells us. “If she had just gone to him and opened up to him, they wouldn’t be here right now. They wouldn’t be in this position where he felt cheated out of respect.”

And we totally agree. Kris was definitely disrespected by Kim — it’s pretty awful what she did to him! A source tells us if Kim would have just approached him privately — rather than publicly tell everyone, but him — this divorce would already be part of the past.

“He would have been able to settle this privately,” the source tells HollywoodLife.com exclusively. “Kim completely disrespected Kris by filing divorce papers and leaking them to the press.”

If you watched last season of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, you know that Kim was being more honest about how she felt about her marriage with the cameras — than she was with Kris.

To b honest i do love KK alot, i love her fashion her whole wardrobeher sence of style n her family, but i dont agree with wat she did to kris bcuz like evryone said she should jus had gone to him n b honest as evey1 in relationships should do. I think she jus wanted attention from public. She had a reallyy nice weddin wit kris n very expensive n now she got that divorce n now shes messing wit P’diddy there should b alittle more of respect to her own self …! Besides all i loveee the Kardashians !!

Kris is a horrible man. I can see why she is divorcing him. She may not have gone about it the right way but he treated her like crap. He had no respect for her so i dont se why he deserved any.

Okenesha, it does not make sense for Kris to hang on to spite Kim. I really wonder what he hopes to accomplish because he knows that she will never apologize.. The most the courts can make her do is pay him $$$. They are both wasting time and money. She is using Kanye to get rid of Humph and it is still not working.
He knows that Kim did love him but it is how he treated her why she left and he needs to admit that to himself. Lighten-up Kris.

I support Kris Hump but he really needs to get over his anger and move on.. He must know that he is partly to blame for his divorce. Why do you want to stick around Humph?
I think the real reason for his anger is that Kim is totally ignoring him and treats him like a nobody. He can’t ever get her attention.
All this effort Hump is putting into divorcing if he had put it into his marriage what a lovely story this would be.

I support Hump also but I feel that Kim needs to do the right thing. Give him the annullment and that will be all the attention he needs. Using Kanye is stupid. They both look like idiots desperate for attention not the other way around. She could end this but she will not. She bailed not him. (72 days) He may have made mistakes. This is his first marriage and he was only 26 when it occured. He inexperienced, over his head and little immature. He has a good heart, patient and hardworking. She is older, 2nd marriage and have had many relationship. She was very controlling. Im sure Hump did not treat her as bad as the others. The love of her life(Reggie) cheated on her constantly and she went back to him multiple times. So give me a break. If he had done something that awful we would know by now. He tried to save the marriage. I think she did not marry him for the right reason. That is where the fraud occured. Kim actions related to the show KKTNY(added scene, dubs,one-sided editing) was terrible. She should have cut him out.(apolgy needed.) The effort Kim put in to developing storylines to film a reality show should have been used in developing a healthy marriage from week one.

Omg you are so right, this kris guy wants everyone to think he’s innocent but he’s not. How many times did he disrespect kim in front of the cameras and others? A million times. He is the reason kim fell out of love.

omg! what planet are these people on? kris and kim were not compatable, that’s it!! He was not innocent in this relationship. is he forgetting his outing in miami with some girls who were giving him lap dances(they tweeted about it). does he conveniently forget the party he threw when kim wasn’t home(girls were in her bed), or when he was hanging with his ex in toronto. how about when he treated her badly knowing that she’s a neat freak and kept leaving his clothes around, or making fun of her weight. so lets stop the kim bashing and see kris for who he really is

So wait, you saw all of this on KKTNY? SMFH -__- That whole show was edited to make Kris look like the villian, hence why Kris Jenner is part producer. It’s even been exposed that Kris Jenner only wants things on their shows that put the K’s in a good light. Just so happens that it’s all caught up to them. I’m not saying Kris is an angel either, but the K’s act like they’re so perfect and do nothing wrong. People don’t hate Kim and her family for what she did to Kris, well partially, but more so because they’re conniving and egomaniacs. Kris has just sat back and let everything about the K’s get exposed, meanwhile the K’s are going on a rampage trying to point all fingers at Kris. You also can’t stop the Kim bashing, she’s who she is. If they don’t like it, they have the right to bash her, and rightfully so. You clearly can’t see Kim for who she really is, but just what they decide to put into the media, which is fake.

Age ain’t nothing but a number for these loved-up A-Listers. ~~Ａgelessmeet . ＣOM~~ the premiere online community for men & women who don’t rule out relationships with people that are significantly older or younger than themselves. Feel comfortable with the possibility of starting an age-gap relationship in a community where people think just like you. May be you have experienced a lot in life already and now want a totally different type of relationship. Recapture some of your youth and try striking up a relationship, whether romantic or just for friendship.

kk continues to disrespect Kris and his family. It’s escalated to bullying and judging by the backlash, people are fed up with it.
kk had little regard for Kris feelings by blabbing to the press that she was filing for divorce without telling him at all. Hurt turns to anger, I don’t blame him.

I can see where he’s coming from. Kim loves the media attention, hence why nothing in her life is private. Had she asked for the divorced privately with no cameras or no one else in the room, he probably would’ve given it to her. It’s just his way of karma I suppose. Either way, Kim still would’ve been screwed and her rep would be the way it is now. There’s no win-win in Kim’s case. You reap what you saw, I suppose.

So he’s basically doing this because he’s angry not because he believes it was fake or wants to “clear his name”? Wow

Move on Kris. If he was blindsided, why did he leak that to the press?. He could’ve just talked to Kim behind the scenes and make it appear in public like they decided to get a divorce.

How could he not know there were problems? I think he even said he knew they were having a rough patch so why was he so surprised anyway?

I believe they did talk about splitting up. He’s just making himself look bitter. They do say when you seek revenge 2 people get f**** not one and that completely true in my opinion.

They were both wrong for each other and they deserve people right for them. Just let it go.

How is Kris an idiot? He is entitled to do what he wants. He can hang on as long as he wants Who is Kim anyway? A Ho. He married for love while Kim married for the TV ratings,he has got every right to be hurt he is human. If Kim wanted divorce he should have talked to Kris Humphries but since she wanted to let her fans know a bout it first let her talk to her fans to give her divorce. That is how I look at it. If I was Kris I would stay for 3 years without signing any divorce documents she can screw a round so much as she wants but I would give her divorce on my conditions, she is lucky am not her husband otherwise she would have seen FIRE. Let her ask E to give her divorce not Humphries. More Power to Kris. Just imagine if that was your own son, how would you feel? The kardashians have no shame whatsoever. There too many Male prostitutes out there Kim could have picked one paid and have a fair tale wedding for the TV ratings then divorce that prostitute and pay a great deal of cash instead of messing up Kris with all this kind of rubbish in the name of money and fame. Kris is not an idiot he knows too well what he is doing, he is intelligent am sure his advocate advises him correctly so let Kardashians do the bashing, am sure his Advocate is noting down everything, in the end Kris will be the winner. Trash is Trash even with all the money it does not work.

So basically he’s dragging it out cuz he feels disrespected? Does that mean he just asked for an annulment to keep this divorce going? Does he truly believe that she staged this or just trying to get even? I do feel bad for him but he needs to sign those papers and unlink himself from her. Wish them both the best!
