This seems like it was planned to generate a positive publicity upswing for these two. Jolie’s directorial debut didn’t do as well as may have been anticipated, Pitt lost out in the Oscar race, and Jolie’s leg didn’t end up getting the kind of attention at the Academy Awards that she might have been hoping for. I would expect that after being committed partners and parents for 7 years, they’d get married in secret and keep the whole affair on the DL. Why publicize it at all? They may be humanitarians, but they’re Hollywood game-players, too, and will do what’s needed to stay more relevant than the rest.

They are happy and move on with their life together. Either you stop being bitter enough to trash them between meals to make your life less miserable or you just go out and get a life.

why are these two engaged? Just get married! Why are they going through an engagement period–just all about publicity. Her stupid leg at the oscars prank didn’t work so now lets get engaged. That will fall apart soon enough.

This is NOT a Procop ring. Procop designed the ring/necklace set for Kylie Minogues “on a night like this” video, as well as the choker set fot Angelina Jolie on “the tourist”. this ring/story/person is a sabotage attempt.what are you all fom a wasteland or something? this is what you not only expect, but get weird and jealous over? Oh, and they do more than their fair share of charity work, so dont get scummy commies
