Brad & Angelina are engaged — now let’s chat about THE RING and how it perfectly illustrates their love!
After being together for the better part of a decade, Brad Pitt FINALLY proposed to his lady love Angelina Jolie with a hellava rock! But it’s not the cut, color or clarity of Angie’s ring that makes me feel all giddy inside, it’s the time and attention to detail that Brad took to design the perfect ring!
According to Robert Procop, the Beverly Hills jeweler that designed the ring, “Brad had a specific vision for this ring, which he realized over a yearlong collaboration.”
A YEAR LONG COLLABORATION… just let that sink in. Most Hollywood relationships don’t last nearly that long!
While a year seems a tad excessive, that amount of dedication to the whole design process speaks volumes about how much Brad cares for his baby mama. Picking out a ring for the love of your life is definitely an emotional process. Brad could have easily walked into any upscale jewelry store and dropped millions on a flawless bauble, but instead, he took the time to locate the PERFECT diamond and had it custom shaped and sized for her hand.
Angelina is a one-of-a-kind woman that isn’t afraid to push boundaries, so it only seems fit that her ring would reflect such individuality. Congrats to the happy couple!
