‘Jon & Kate Plus 8′ is no more; Now it’s ‘Jon Plus $3,600!’

Here’s a shocker: Jon Gosselin is behind on child support to ex-wife Kate Gosselin for their eight children — 11-year-old twins Cara and Madelyn, and 7-year-old sextuplets Alexis, Hannah, Aaden, Collin, Leah and Joel – and owes $3,557.o6 in payments, RadarOnline.com reports. 

The outstanding sum of money is listed by The Pennsylvania Department of Child Welfare on the Pennsylvania Child Support Program website.

If Kate can support her children working as a blogger for CouponCabin.com without Jon, that’s fine, but it is the law for him to pay her for child support!

Jon should just pay her the money he owes. It is for his children!

He will have to endure the consequences of a new court battle if he doesn’t pay up soon!

Child support goes by his pay, not the amount of kids you have. My cousin has 4 kids with her ex husband and since he’s a cheap bastard and doesn’t work much all she gets is like 375 a month

Kate is a nut case and cannot keep her family drama out of the tabloids. Kate should keep her mouth shut and her one or two paid friends mouth shut. Kate start protecting your kids a d keep their family stuff private. You do not have a reality show so just zip it and grow up.

It doesn’t matter what the situation is Jon has to pay chil support, just like every father or dad that is required to pay. I mean really it’s only fair why should the mom have to pay for everything, he’s there father what gives him the right to might help and pay and her do it all on her own. No matter how much money she makes or has. He was all for the show and went right along with up till the end and he started going out all the time.

omg that nothing!!! my baby dad ows more then that and then some, and that not counting the 800 i loaned him ( cuz am a moron who wanted to be nice to my ex baby dad)
i wish they put my kid dad in jail teach him for not paying or for being to lazy to be a dad

I don’t know what state you are in but I know in florida you have to go to child support and complain that he’s behind and they will seek action. First they take the license away, then i think they put him in jail

Jon is not a dead beat dad, he is a good dad because I watched the shows from the beginning. Kate abused him in the marriage and she continues to bash him to this day. Love your kids more than you hate your husband Kate! Oh and Kate it is easier to build up a child than it is to repair an adult….choose your words wisely.

A dead beat father is someone who isn’t paying for there kids, or not paying what they are supposed to for there kids and wow look he’s behind. That means he’s a dead beat dad.

So I guess in your eyes anyone that has a child through IVF in having a test tube baby? WTF is wrong with you. My friend had a baby through IVF and my cousin is pregnant right now with a baby through IVF. Not everyone is lucky enough to have a baby the natural way. When you have IVF you run the risk of having more then one. Did they have all this to be famous, we don’t know. Did octomom YES.

If you know you cannot afford to take the risk of having multiple children, do not implant so many embryos, plain and simple.

Clearly the deadbeat Gosselin parents, Jon and Kate, as well as Octomom, we’re not either emotionally stable or financially stable to go through the test tube route. They should stop exploiting their victim children.

As a recipient of child support in PA, my ex also owed back child support to the tune of 12k. Had a domestics hearing as it is called, his employer was required to provide current pay information as was mine and an amount was established according to a standard table set by the court based on his income as well as mine. Support is removed from his check each pay period and is deposited after taxes into mine account. Either party can ask for a review based on changes in income. We have both done it. If he is making less money than before he will get a reduction in child support. Arrears are only paid in small amounts over time. The court will not bankrupt him. The idea is to get the parent to pay, not go broke in the process.

yea the kids look happy to be with the devil herself…when they are with jon they light up!! did she announce it all over twitter yet? i mean come on, the guy is working and he will pay it off, my ex at one time owed 12,000, we were really struggling, unlike kate and we didn’t have any help whatsoever, but with the threat of jail he did pay…jon will pay it and he did get increased visitation and i no that eventually when kate can’t make any more money off the kids jon will have them…….team jon!!

The court enforces the support order not her. It wont cost the custodial parent anything unless they hire a lawyer which is totally unnecessary. I have spent $6 on filing for support total. Enforcement costs me 0.

Jon isnt behind on support. Just more lies from mommie dearest. Sad to see so called tabloid trash mags like radar printing more stories with no fact checking. If Jon was behind on support it would be easy to find on the PA list of dead beat dads. JONS NOT ON IT OMG!!!! kate needs YOU to believe she is the one doingand giving everything…she is the poor poor single mother ( I didnt know Jon had died) doing all she can for the kids. UM…katie…what job do you hold down?The kids are all in school all day…no sitters needed. Why dont you have a job?
