Did 'Teen Mom' Leah Messer Rush Into Her Second Marriage?

It was only a month ago Leah revealed she still had feelings for her ex-husband and the father of her twins! Will her new marriage last?

Leah Messer, 19, and Jeremy Calvert, 23, quietly wed April 4 in Catlettsburg, Kentucky, after only eight months of dating. The ceremony was small, but luckily for us, the MTV cameras were rolling to catch every intimate moment! ”Everybody was happy and joyful and took a ton of pictures,” Reverend Marty Gute, who officiated the ceremony, tells HollywoodLife exclusively.

But there may be trouble ahead for the new couple if Leah isn’t over her ex-husband, 21-year-old Corey Simms. During the Teen Mom 2 reunion special March 3, Leah admitted she still felt something for Corey. The two walked down the aisle in Oct. 2010, but divorced six months later!

They might be divorced, but Leah’s friends think she is still in love with Corey.

“Leah isn’t in love with Jeremy the way she loved Corey,” a friend of Leah’s tells Us Weekly. “She trusts Jeremy and knows he’s good for her daughters. Right now, that’s more important than how she feels.” Ouch!

Leah didn’t want to risk getting hurt and losing Jeremy if Corey didn’t reciprocate her feelings, a source close to Corey tells the mag.

Alleged rumors aside, Leah is focusing on her future with her new hubby and her two-year-old twins, Aliannah and Aleeah.

“You just know when you’re meant to be with someone,” she says.

Why does Leah’s looks keep changing, she looked so much different on one of the magazine covers that had her and jeremy on it, back when it announced she was pregnant with his child. She had braces and looked like a witch. Then when they had fake clendenin “paparazi” come in a take pictures of them she looks completely different.

I agree with other comments about Jeremy though, he does seem to only be with her because of the show, I also know that he specifically went looking for her to get her attention last summer cause he was mad at his ex girlfriend so he only done it for spite. First of all everyone knows Jeremy where we live and we all know he done this to get his foot in the so called “fame” aspect of this. He dated pretty girls before and then lowered himself to date this girl only because he knew where it would take him ( in the magazines) he is a fake and a liar and has cheated on her already, but she would never believe it so why tell her about it, he’s so good at convincing people otherwise. He hurried up the marriage process when he realized Leah almost got back with Corey, he’s probably reading this right now thinkin man this person knows me well, let me just say Leah and those kids do not deserve the hurt this guy will cause, do you all think when Leah is all washed up and MTV lets her go that he will STiLL be interested in her??? :Animal control was called on “Aliannah”after she tried to eat and maul innocent children that were playing outside her moblile Home.Her precious sister Aleeah was almost a victim of the savage attack when “ali”got lose from her cage and went on a savage attack trying to maul and eat the sweet innocent little children.One poor little girl suffered a bite before animal control came and shot ali with a stun gun and caged her.They ditected rabies and law enforcement officals were called to the premises.The little girl was hysterical and taken to the hospital to treat her wounds.Ali was hauled off in a metal cage and taken away.She is currently sedated and animal control is trying to figure out what to do next.The little girl who was bitten is suing elkview for 1500 dollars for theThe citizens of elkview and clay are on alert and trying to recover from the ordeal.

I love Leah, but she is just so young and naive. I honestly think with the way people treat marriages these days that there should be rules before getting married. For instance, you shouldnt be able to legally get married if you havent been together for two plus years and havent lived together. I respect there are people out there who believe in housing after marriage. But with the divorce rate these days, I strongly believe living with someone and getting to know the real them. You find out alot about someone when you live with them. As well as I respect some people who get married before knowing eachother for two years can make a marriage work, but the reality is, a very high percentage cant. It takes one person to ruin it for everyone. Its time we instill some marriage rules to make marriage sacred and last again.

Leah is making a mess of her life and she is too ignorant to realize it. She had a great thing with Corey and threw it away and then had the audacity to try and throw the blame on Corey.

I think that Leah rushed into things wayyy to fast once again! What she should have done was after having her twins is tried to get to know Corey a little better. Then, if they still had feelings for eachother. GET MARRIED!! Its called try to get to know the person better before having sex and marriage! That probably would have saved their marriage. My heart really went out to Leah with not only having twins but the medical issues she’s has to deal with and now I really just wish she would stand up and show the world that she can manage life without a man. Personally I think Corey is an idiot I thought she was way to good for him but now I think she’s an idiot also. I felt so badly that she suffered a miscarriage that’s not something you ever want to happen to someone but really she’s got enough on her plate birth control would be a great thing for her.
