Selena will start filming the action-packed new movie in a few weeks — we’re excited to see her in this mature new role!

Selena Gomez is a great actress, and she will be in her first action movie soon. In a new interview, she revealed details of her role in The Getaway!

Selena, 19, spoke to Women’s Wear Daily about the movie, and it sounds great!

“We’re being chased in a car the entire movie,” she said. “[As the plot goes] he stole my car, and I got in the car because I wanted it back — and I end up in the midst of all of this drama. His wife is being kidnapped by this person that’s following him.”
