Beyonce is a hands-on mom to three-month-old Blue Ivy, but when she isn’t with her daughter, she’s exercising, a source tells In Touch. She’s so dedicated, in fact, that she moved her trainer, Marco Borges, into her NYC apartment! Now, that’s serious dedication.
The singer reportedly wants to get in shape by Memorial Day weekend, because she has three concerts in Atlantic City. And according to the mag, Beyonce has a secret wight-loss weapon: Her hubby Jay-Z!
“Jay-Z has been hitting the gym with her and staying healthy, too,” a source reveals.
When B hits the gym, she focuses on a combination of cardio and resistance training. Her trainer and fitness guru believes “consistency is key.”
She intends on looking amazing, sounding amazing and she won’t “settle for anything less.”
And it looks like she saw progress immediately. She lost 14 lbs. the first month after giving birth!
