Justin has made friends with countless celebs since he shot to fame in 2009. It would have been really easy for him to get caught up in a new Hollywood circle and lose touch with his friends back home — but they’re still his BFFs!
Lots of celebs drop their old friends when they become famous, but not Justin Bieber! Even with so many people clamoring for his attention, pop’s biggest star hasn’t lost sight of who his real friends are. That’s no easy task in Hollywood, and I applaud him for it!
In a new interview with Seventeen, Justin tells the magazine he’s very choosy about the crowd he rolls with.
“I don’t let anybody close to me,” he reveals in the May cover story. “I just rock with my old friends, Ryan and Chaz. I’m happy with the friends that I have.”
Ryan Butler and Chaz Somers knew Justin back when he was just a kid performing covers of popular R&B songs in his hometown of Stratford, Ontario. Not only has Justin not forgotten them since then, he also generously shares his wealth without thinking twice about it!
Justin says giving Ryan a white mustang convertible as a Christmas gift seemed only fitting.
“Ryan’s been my best friend since I was really little,” he told Seventeen. “He just got his license and didn’t have a car to drive.”
Justin is tight with some of the biggest names in the music industry — Usher, Lil Wayne, Drake — and let’s not forget that time he got really friendly with Kim Kardashian! He could have let all the attention go to his head, but instead he’s stayed incredibly grounded.
The fact that Justin has kept his close-knit circle of childhood friends while his star continues to rise shows that even in the pop music world, you can be successful AND stay true to who you are!

That good you are different from all the rest because of it I you admire not neither for your reputation nor nothing of it birds when we have mas that the others us look for cigar for interest but when we love indeed it is not important for us if they have or to to count of being his friend vast a friendship costs too much. The difference of the friends is that bad and good they are is to rest and that good that you take friends as it for that are friends indeed, and to sorrow that you turned famous you continue treating for what they cost and do not covering him presuming I love MY BJ TO with regard to selena gomez also love her not only for that she is your girlfriend if not for that she is a great person and that I do not know her but if you chose your her that is because of it I hope that they are happy united.
