Infamous for her yo-yo dieting, Janet Jackson looks incredible as her newly thinned-down self in this new ad for Nutrisystem!
Janet Jackson has disclosed just how much weight she’s lost on Nutrisystem, but judging from these before and after photos, plus the video below, it’s 50 or more pounds!
The 45-year-old singer is notorious for drastically gaining and losing weight, but we’re pretty sure she’s never looked better at this point. In fact, in 2006 she was her heaviest at 180 pounds, which is quite large for her 5’4″ frame.
In her new book, True You: A Journey to Finding and Loving Yourself, Janet refers to herself as an “emotional eater.” However, she seems to have gotten that under control (again), thanks to her new diet program. We can’t wait to hear all the details when the ad premieres next week.
