'Gossip Girl' Preview: Blair Confronts Chuck And Dan

It looks Blair will be torn (once again!) between Chuck and Dan on the April 9 episode of ‘Gossip Girl’! Let’s hope she FINALLY seriously questions her relationship with Dan.

All is good in the Dairborhood at the moment, but it looks like that’s about to change.

While Chuck (Ed Westwick) struggles to find his mom, he will inevitably ask Blair (Leighton Meester) for help which — fingers crossed– will reignite a spark between the two.

In these new photos from the April 9 episode Blair has two emotional encounters with current BF Dan (Penn Badgley) and ex-BF/true love Chuck. And in the photo above it looks like Dan is overwhelmed with frustration. Is it because Blair will ditch him for Chuck?

And here is the synopsis for the April 9 episode “It Girl Interrupted” of Gossip Girl

“Serena (Blake Lively) decides she is ready to relinquish the spotlight and sets out to make a reluctant Lola
(guest star Ella Rae Peck) the next “It Girl” of the Upper East Side, starting with modeling at a Kiki de Montparnasse lingerie show. Meanwhile, Chuck (Ed Westwick) reaches out to Blair (Leighton Meester) for advice about his past, and Diana Payne’s (Elizabeth Hurley) return to The Spectator starts a power struggle with Nate (Chace Crawford). Penn Badgley, Kelly Rutherford and Matthew Settle also star. Omar Madha directed the episode written by co-executive producer Amanda Lasher

Not going to watch Gossipgirl until Chuck and Blair are back. God, Dair makes me want to vomit

Based on the past few episodes, she is just asking Chuck why he thinks he’s allowed to talk to her, since she is busy having bad sex with her new boyfriend. Because the past few episodes don’t actually have much to do with any Blair we’ve seen in the past.

But here is hoping you’re right, and her brain damage is reversing itself.

That is why I go to Perez Hilton for my daily media blog news because he is mature and ships Dair! An actual healthy relationship where no one is being the worst version of themselves and where no one is abused. Where there is more than sexual chemistry. Where there is actual respect, and understanding, growth and maturity. I just came here because i found this link in the Dair tumblr where someone said, click here is you want to laugh at Nicole Karlis nonsense. Dair is terrible and most people are actually complaining about them on twitter. It’s glorious! Now the show needs to fix itself and put Chuck and Blair back together

Blair is getting more and more pathetic and ridiculous in every episodes.I love louis no i love chuck no wait i am going to marry louis but i still love chuck oh louis is evil so i am going to have bad sex with my bff’s ex boyfriend.One word slut they ruined her character and they keep ruining her.The show is dead anyway.I really hope she ends up alone with no friends and i hope she loses serena for good.

YES! Chuck and Blair are on the path to getting back together! It always comes back to them every season, especially in the finale, so I know this season will be no different! And when they do get back together it will be for good! Can’t wait! I’ve missed them so much!

Honestly, I’m just glad to see Chuck and Blair interacting again, because we all know where that leads. I think Blair just needs to get Rebound-Dan out of her system before she and Chuck can start their life together. I have hope for Dan and Serena yet too. Although I want to see him grovel at her feet!

Dan was the one who started everything if he didn’t send that blast to gossip girl Blair would have had her fairy tale.

So don’t give us chair fans all that CRAP about Chuck ruining her family because none of that would have happened if Dan didn’t send the video.
so now do you see that clearly its Dan’s fault that her family’s life may be ruined.

1 more thing Dan and Blair NEVER liked each other yeah they talked sometimes but it doesn’t mean they liked each other. Do you realize that the writers had to change Blair’s character so Dair could happen, do you really think Dan would have loved Queen B the powerful Blair who ruined his life in school and made his sister leave Manhattan? NO he wouldn’t because he HATES that side of her. He doesn’t love her completely he only love the Blair that became weak and powerless in season 5

O.k just to be clear, if blair chooses chuck i would not watch the show…
I really want u to think back to what chuck did to blair in end of
seoson 3 and seoson 4…
She was ready to put evertything behind…but he didn’t do it..
As for dan, this guy is inlove with blair for 1 year…
He was always there in blair’s darkest thoughts not chuck…
He allways does the same thing…he forgets her… I can not handle

Kudos to Nicole for the recognition of Blair’s true love. I totally saw this coming but the show is getting more and more frustrating. Blair’s been hurting Chuck tremendously throughout the whole last year without even attempting to give him a proper explanation. I don’t think the viewers will be thrilled enough to see Blair always get to choose and treating her best friend, Serena and Chuck like dirt whenever she has a doubt or Chuck does something amazing for her. Anyway, as a Chuck AND Blair fan, I hope for the sake of the show and true fans of this pairing to get a satisfying reunion in the season finale. Until then, goodbye Gossip Girl. Nice try but we’re not going to watch until you fix this mess.

Thanks for the article Nicole. I think Monday might be the beginning of Blair finally starting to see the light. It may take her a while to see it fully but Blair and Chuck are forever. Dan is just a footnote in their love story.
