HollywoodLife.com talks to top divorce attorney Vikki Ziegler, who tells us Kris could prove fraud in the marriage if she was cheating on him with Kanye!
Kim Kardashian better be careful! Now that Kimmy seems to be moving on with Kanye West, top divorce attorney Vikki Ziegler warns that the reality star better not let it appear that she started this relationship with Kanye back when she was still Mrs. Humphries, since Kanye’s new single implies that two got together while she was dating Kris Humphries.
“Kanye is saying he fell in love with her [in the song],” Vikki says. “But I don’t know if she had any feelings toward him. If it’s alleged that they had any type of intimate relations during their marriage it could hurt her in a litigation.”
In case you need a refresher, Kanye, 34, released a new song with DJ Khaled called “Theraflu” on New York City radio station Hot 97 on April 4, and he says Kris ruined his relationship with Kim: “And I’ll admit, I had fell in love with Kim / Around the time she had fell in love with him / Well that’s cool, baby girl, do your thing / Lucky I ain’t had Jay drop him from the team.”
Vikki explains that Kris, who is currently seeking an annulment, can achieve this if he can prove fraud.
“The fraud must have been about something vital to the relationship that directly affected why the party who was deceived [Kris] agreed to the marriage,” Vikki says. “If she cheated, her credibility becomes very weak. Why marry someone and cheat on them and make millions from a TV show then file for divorce 72 days after the wedding? Unless she never had any intention of staying married. That will be Kris’s argument, that she used and abused him and chewed him out!”
