Kim Kardashian refuses to let her personal drama get her down. Despite being tangled in a messy divorce with soon-to-be ex-hubby Kris Humphries, Kim is looking hotter than ever! Now, she’s revealing to Us Weekly how she lost six pounds in seven days!

No miracle solutions for Kim! Rather, the reality star and business mogul credits a healthy diet and exercise with her weight loss, telling the mag, “I’m on a mission. I figure, I’m single. Now is the best time to get in shape.”

The 31-year-old has been working out twice daily, beginning with early-morning treadmill runs and ending with strength training or Pilates at night. Sounds rough to us! Lucky for Kim, she has a good workout partner in her brother, Rob Kardashian.

Kim has also dramatically altered her eating habits, eliminating all gluten, sugar and dairy from her diet for the time being, at least. “No more sitting at home, eating too much!” Kim laughed. “I feel so much better.”

If you ask us, Kim is going a little overboard, but we admire her for losing weight the right way, that is, with old-fashioned diet and exercise. All that time in the gym is clearly doing her good. We can’t help but wonder if she’s been taking out some of her frustration on the punching bag while she’s there!

Anyone notice a glaring hole it Kim’s regimen? No Quick Trim.
And when Kourtney talked about losing all the weight from being pregnant with Mason no mention of Quick Trim. Guess the caffiene laced product is good enough for their unsuspecting fans but they definitely steer clear of it. Just saying…

you should try to think after read! Whatever you do to lose weight, loosing 6 lbs in only one week is not healty!

Oh shut up. Naturally losing weight in any amount is fine. As my physician told me, eating right and working out is never a bad thing.I lost 10 pounds in one week by simply eliminating soft drinks, white rice, pasta, and sugar. Oh noes actually eating healthy is unhealthy. Where did you get your MD? Besides she isnt trying to be a role model for girls around the world who need to lose weight. Take your problem up with life and style they INTERVIEWED her.

If you work out 24 four hours a day, course you’re going to lose weight! But you think that OK????
Can i give you an advice? Change you doctor!
i see cases like this every days, and does you know how that ends? when get tired or all this excesses you win 2 times all the weight you lose!
Just an advice, see a REAL doctor!!

You can lose 6 pounds in a week by actually trying to if she watches what she eats and exercises she can just because all people can’t lose 6 pounds in 1 week doesn’t mean a famous person or to be more specific Kim Kardashian can’t lose 6 pounds in 1 week she actually tried to lose the weight
