Kim Kardashian refuses to let her personal drama get her down. Despite being tangled in a messy divorce with soon-to-be ex-hubby Kris Humphries, Kim is looking hotter than ever! Now, she’s revealing to Us Weekly how she lost six pounds in seven days!
No miracle solutions for Kim! Rather, the reality star and business mogul credits a healthy diet and exercise with her weight loss, telling the mag, “I’m on a mission. I figure, I’m single. Now is the best time to get in shape.”
The 31-year-old has been working out twice daily, beginning with early-morning treadmill runs and ending with strength training or Pilates at night. Sounds rough to us! Lucky for Kim, she has a good workout partner in her brother, Rob Kardashian.
Kim has also dramatically altered her eating habits, eliminating all gluten, sugar and dairy from her diet for the time being, at least. “No more sitting at home, eating too much!” Kim laughed. “I feel so much better.”
If you ask us, Kim is going a little overboard, but we admire her for losing weight the right way, that is, with old-fashioned diet and exercise. All that time in the gym is clearly doing her good. We can’t help but wonder if she’s been taking out some of her frustration on the punching bag while she’s there!
