Rachel Crow may be famous with a new TV show in the works, but she’s still a normal 14-year-old girl when she goes home at the end of the day!
HollywoodLife.com had the chance to catch up with Rachel Crow at the 2012 Nickelodeon Upfronts in Hollywood March 27 and she told us her The X Factor fame and new TV gigs haven’t gotten her out of manual labor in her house.
“I have to clean out my little puppy’s cage,” she told us exclusively. “I have to clean my room, the house. Fold my clothes. Normal stuff a kid would do. And we try to be as normal when I’m off the camera as we can.”
That said, the pint-sized starlet said there have been some perks that have come along with getting older.
“I’m 14 now and it’s more that year when you’re just becoming independent as yourself, you know?” Rachel said, explaining, “[My mom] doesn’t check my text messages all the time. When you’re 10, she’s always checking your text messages. When you’re 14, it’s okay and you get your phone. That’s changed.”
