Lauren Scruggs and her father are suing the insurance company of the plane with the propeller than cut her so severely, she lost both her arm and eye. Do YOU think they are in the right?
Lauren Scruggs is not accepting the $200,000 settlement she received from her plane accident late last year and is suing the plane’s insurance company, citing the fact she was “severely and catastrophically injured” when the plane’s blade took her eye and arm, reports RadarOnline.
According to Aggressive Insurance Services, the company is only allotted $100,000 from each of the plane’s two policies, which was “verbally offered” to Lauren as a settlement.
The lawsuit Lauren filed says “she was not in the aircraft or getting in or out of it at the time of the incident. Accordingly, Ms. Scruggs contends that she should not be limited to the one hundred thousand dollar ($100,000) per passenger sub-limits stated in the two policies.”

The pilot should sue her for damages to his airplane and mental stress from the mishap. I hate lawyers!
