Justin Bieber is reportedly near escrow on a gorgeous 9,000 square foot home in Calabasas, Calif. However, there’s one catch — it comes with a huge wine cellar he won’t really be able to take advantage of for a few years!

Justin Bieber is 18 now and with that comes adult responsibilities — like becoming a homeowner! The teen idol is reportedly near escrow on a mansion in Calabasas, but he’s bummed out about one thing in particular, TMZ says.

“He’s frustrated that everyone knows about the home,” the story says. However, it seems like too good of deal to let that small detail stop him. Justin has reportedly offered nearly $7 million for the 9,000 square foot home in the gated community where Travis Barker, Romeo and Keyshawn Johnson also live.

In addition to a wine cellar, the house boasts six bedrooms, an outdoor pool, spa, sauna, a separate guest house and a private movie theater — not bad at all!
