I’m officially on board with the new grown up Bieber and I have ‘Boyfriend’ on repeat! Do you?

I finally understand why thousands of girls have Justin Bieber posters hanging on their bedroom walls. Justin was always a bit too young for me to swoon over since I’m 25, but his new song “Boyfriend” definitely has me doing a double take —  I officially have Bieber fever! From the moment I hit play, his super sexy and romantic lyrics had me hooked! “If I was your boyfriend/I’d never let you go/I can take you places you ain’t never been before/Baby take a chance or you’ll never ever know … Keep you on my arm girl/ you’d never be alone/ I can be a gentleman, anything you want/ If I was your boyfriend, I’d never let you go, ” sound sexy in his new more mature-sounding tone.

The other key reason I’ve come down with a severe case of Bieber fever is his new James Dean-esque look! Can someone say HOT HOT HOT?! This doesn’t look like the “Baby” singer I remember watching on YouTube. Justin has gone from teeny-bopper to full on heartthrob, and I’m in!

To be honest, this song brings me back to the days when I used to blast Justin Timberlake in high school. This is the first sexy relationship song on the airwaves in quite some time  and I can promise you, “Boyfriend” is going to reach the new older audience that Justin’s after.

If I’m any indication, then Justin officially has the attention of the female twenty-somethings. Let’s just hope the new upcoming album is full of songs like this. Now, I don’t have to blush the next time someone asks me what I’m listening to, I’ll proudly blast this single and tell everyone about it. Hats off to you Justin, Selena Gomez is one lucky lady.
