Trayvon Martin's Girlfriend Will Testify In Murder Case

Trayvon Martin Murder

Trayvon’s girlfriend, who was on the phone with him in the minutes before his death, will appear in front of a grand jury on April 10.

A Florida grand jury will determine whether George Zimmerman, the neighborhood watch captain who shot Trayvon Martin on February 26 in Sanford, Florida, should be charged with murder, and they’re calling his girlfriend to the stand.

The girlfriend, whose name has not been released because she is a minor, has already hired a lawyer who said she looks forward to telling the jury what really happened the night her boyfriend was killed, RadarOnline.com reports.

Local law enforcement in Sanford, Florida didn’t question the girlfriend after Martin’s death, even though her parents called them to say she wanted to come in for an interview.

Our thoughts are with the Martin family during this difficult time.

I’m just trying to figure something out… she said in her statement to police “He said this man was watching him, so he put his hoodie on.” But the 711 video shows Martin come into the store with his hoodie up, kept it up the whole time in the store and walked out with it up…. so he walked out into the rain and took it down, then told her he was going to put it up because he was being watched…. does this make sense?

I have been browsing online more than three hours these days, but I by no means found any fascinating article like yours. It is beautiful value sufficient for me. In my view, if all web owners and bloggers made excellent content material as you probably did, the net will be much more useful than ever before.

I’m thinking about this kid and what really happened.Zimmerman claims self defense against a kid who wasn’t found with any weapon, now that sounds to me like total BS.Justice is going to be served, i just pray it’s the right one, well in favor of TRAYVON

Trayvon Martins life is just as important as anyone who has lost their life unjustly. The publicity this case has gotten is great so people will know they can’t kill people and get away with it. Police need to know that the citizens will fight back! The police did not even interview his girlfriend who was on the phone with him the entire time and her family called to ask if she could come in. The police did not care that another black person was killed. God has the last say so the evilness of men will one day answer to our creator! Justice for trayvon!!!!!!

What makes Trayvon Martin more important then the millions of people, African American or otherwise, who have been unjustly murderly throughout the history of our country? What made Caylee Anthony more important than the millions of children who have been murdered? It’s irresponsible of us as a society to pick and choose. Trayvon Martin is not a martyr. Also, there is no such thing as justice, only revenge. And when you allow mob mentality to affect the court system, it’s a very slippery slob. A mob of people cannot demand the arrest of someone. It doesn’t work that way.

Just wanted to clarify something for you and not unjustify your comment because you are so right BUT, in this case.
(black, white, hispanic or whatever) This man that shot this CHILD was NOT arrested NOR questioned by the police department, other than on the spot, allowed to leave the scene of a MURDER WITH his weapon and bullets still in it? Something is seriously wrong here with the police department!! The chief that stepped down SHOULD be fired along with ALL officers on the scene who let this man walk away!

nobody said he was more important than the other people who were unjustly killed. but he’s as important as anyone, and that the movement to get answers and justice somehow has been more effective than with the others is a good thing, not a bad. you talk of a slippery slope allowing mob mentality to affect the court system- but it’s not the court system it’s affecting. it’s the investigation process- it’s the cops. that’s an entirely different thing. also, i’m alarmed at your so-called concern about the mob mentality, yet you’re promoting vigilante justice which is exactly what winded this kid up dead. you seem awfully confused.

The reason people are so upset about this as well as Caylee Anthony is because there is no justice for them.
