Peter took to his Twitter on March 22 to tweet some very sad Adele lyrics and now a source tells HollywoodLife.com that Peter is ‘definitely broken up’ over the divorce.
Jennie Garth isn’t the only one reeling from the collapse of her marriage. HollywoodLife.com spoke to a source close to the family who tells us that Peter Facinelli is “very upset and saddened” by the split.
“Just because Jennie was the one speaking out about it, it doesn’t mean that Peter isn’t upset,” our source says. “He’s definitely very upset and saddened. This is a difficult thing especially since they have three daughters.”
Jennie was recently seen getting choked up on Access Hollywood when talking about the split and Peter even tweeted really sad lyrics. Do you think if these two are so upset that they should work it out?

Whatever the reason I can’t help but feel sorry for Jennie cause I know the feeling of loving somebody more than life itself and that person not wanting to work things out! It sucks and it’s heartbreaking. The father of my 3 kids and I had separated b/c my husband decided he quote didn’t want to be a husband anymore. Of course I came to find out why; another woman who ended up wanting nothing to do with him so that was funny. He decides then he wants his wife back but it was too late for me so Peter hopefully really thinks about his decision just in case he realizes he doesn’t want a divorce and then it may be too late also!
