Kim made the best of a scary situation at an event for her fragrance, True Reflection.
Kim Kardashian always looks good in white — even when she doesn’t mean to wear it! While walking the red carpet at West Hollywood’s London Hotel on March 22, a crazed woman approached her and doused her in flour. But did Kim totally freak out?
No! Eyewitnesses tell TMZ she simply left the red carpet, removed her jacket, cleaned herself up, and rejoined the guests at her event.
Though the attacker reportedly called Kim a “fur hag,” PETA tells the site they had nothing to do with the incident. They are, however, glad it happened.
“PETA has tried everything from polite letters to public protests, but Kim Kardashian has not been moved by the news that animals are beaten, electrocuted, and even skinned alive for real fur garments,” the company said in a statement. “Whoever threw that flour may reach her when our polite appeals did not.”
Kim tweeted, “Thx everyone who came last nite 2 support my new perfume True Reflection & the amazing women from Dress 4 Success! Last nite was eventful.”
Her mom also responded to the flour bomb, writing, “”I am so proud of my daughter for handling the situation last night so professionally and with such poise!”
We have to say we’re really proud of Kim for keeping her cool in this situation. Even though it was only flour, she easily could have gotten scared and flipped out — we sure would have! This incident just goes to show that, no matter what the world throws at Kim, she’s got it all under control.
