Jenelle can rest easy now! Her attorney tells HollywoodLife.com exclusively that ALL charges against the ‘Teen Mom’ were dismissed!
Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans is winning one courtroom victory after another! The charges filed by her ex-roommate Hannah Inman were dropped on March 19, and now the cyberstalking charges filed by her ex boss James Duffy were dismissed today (March 23)! “We are very happy to have all of her court dates behind her!” Jenelle’s attorney Dustin Sullivan tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY.
“Court is over with now I OFFICIALLY have no pending charges against me,” Jenelle tweeted.
The court drama began after Jenelle kicked her former friend Hannah out of her house for allegedly using Jenelle for money and fame. Hannah reportedly moved in with James, and the two retaliated with death threats and posting racy girl-on-girl photos of Jenelle online. When the pair discovered Jenelle was seeking legal action, they filed their own charges.
But now all of the charges are dismissed! Good news for Jenelle!
