Carly Rae Jepsen is one of the luckiest girls in the world! The 26-year-old Canadian tells screaming fans that she never expected to get a phone call from mega pop star Justin Bieber! Justin even let fans listen to the first 15 seconds of his new song “Boyfriend” and it sounds amazing!
“I had been signed in Canada to 604 records,” Carly says. “I had never branched outside of Canada and had no idea how to do that and then one miraculous day, Justin called.”
The “Call Me Maybe” singer says the call changed her life: “At the time, I was touring in Canada in a soccer Mom van with my band, and it seemed to be too good to be true.”
