Eat your heart out Russell! Katy revealed a little midriff through her cut-out dress that matched perfectly with her bright blue locks.

How does she do it? Katy Perry stepped out of Le Montana nightclub in Paris on March 20 in yet another outfit that matched her blue ‘do.

Katy paired her revealing dress with a black leather jacket and black Lucky Dog 10 heels by Gomax.

The “Teenage Dream” singer did not party alone in the beautiful French city. She was accompanied by her new shopping buddy French model Baptiste Giabiconi.

Katy ditched the blue for military camouflage in her new music video “Part Of Me.” The video will premiere March 21 on MTV at 7:23pm ET during “MTV FIRST: KATY PERRY.”
