The teen sensations have been teaming up in the studio lately — you won’t believe what surprising skill the Aussie import picked up from the Biebs!
It’s no secret that Justin Bieber and Cody Simpson are making music together. On Jan. 26, Justin tweeted out a picture of himself and Cody in the studio. Now, in an exclusive interview with HollywoodLife, Cody is taking us behind-the-scenes of their epic collaboration.
Cody revealed to HollywoodLife EXCLUSIVELY that he and Justin have been playing around in the studio working on material for both their albums. “It is kind of a mix of both,” he explained. “Even if we write something together and he sings it or he writes something and I sing it. If it is not a collaboration vocally it will for sure be on the writing side. We are working on a couple of ideas and seeing what works.”
As it turns out, however, the guys have been working on more than just music during their recording sessions. It appears Justin has been helping Cody with his… forehand?!
When asked what he has learned from his partnership with Justin, Cody answered matter-of-factly, “Ping pong skills. We actually didn’t get anything done the last time we were in the studio. We played ping pong till 2 am.”
“You only live once, right?” laughed the “So Listen” singer.
It sounds to us like Justin and Cody have become fast friends! We can’t wait to hear what they’ve been working on!
