Things are heating up for actress Rooney Mara! Rumor has it the 26-year-old Academy Award nominee and her filmmaker boyfriend, Charlie McDowell, 28, are ready to take their relationship to the next level. ”Charlie’s been talking about going ring shopping,” a source exclusively tells HollywoodLife.com. “He’s madly in love with Rooney and wants to spend the rest of his life with her.”
Rooney has been dating Charlie, the son of “A Clockwork Orange” veteran Malcolm McDowell, since early 2010. The two moved in with each other earlier this year and “things have been going really well,” the source adds. “They’re really supportive of each other.” Congratulations you two!
