Kris Humphries' Lawyers Say He's Fed Up With Kim Kardashian's Team Spreading Lies About The Divorce

Kris also reveals that he has hired a new legal team in Los Angeles to handle the divorce!

Kris Humphries and Kim Kardashian‘s split has been nasty so far, but now Kris is speaking out through his legal team and saying that he’s going to keep quiet about Kim — until it’s time to go to court!

Kris, 27, released a statement to the media through his lawyers that says no matter how Kim, 31, decides to handle the divorce, he will not sling mud at his ex.

“Much effort and energy to mis-direct the public’s perception of what transpired between Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries has taken place over the past several months, some even going so far as to attempt to create settlement ‘demands’ where none have been made,” the statement reads. “Neither Kris Humphries nor his legal team have spread these rumors nor will they. While we are encouraged to see an apparent willingness by the other side to put big numbers out in an attempt to settle Mr. Humphries’ claims, we respect and will continue to observe the integrity of the legal process. This case will be resolved not in the court of public opinion amidst ridiculous and defamatory allegations and personal attacks directed against Kris Humphries. Rather, this case will be appropriately investigated and litigated professionally and with integrity. General Counsel Lee A. Hutton III of Lommen Abdo, with the assistance of Kris’ new Los Angeles legal team of family law experts Marshall Waller and Sandra Salinas of Feinberg & Waller, have been retained to protect Mr. Humphires’ legal position as well as his reputation throughout these proceedings. One thing is certain: Kris Humphries intends to set the record straight and while settlement discussions are a normal part of every litigated case, there will always be public speculation and conjecture in matters such as this, in fact, these legal proceedings and the parties involved are deserving of professionalism and integrity by all.”

Do you know them personally. So if this is the truth and Josh is dating her, there should be no problem. If this is a lie and Kris is secretly dating her, she may get the some of the same treatment as Reggie got regarding Kim. They can never be seen in public together if Kris is dating her. LL, Deon are either members of KKlan, paid PR agents, narcissits like Kim or need to have their heads examined. It appears even if Kim were to admit that the marriage was a fraud, they would find some way to defend her actions as in their eyes she can do no wrong. Both of them are now asking for an annulment. My whole take on this thing is that they should get in a room a resolve their differences. Seems like to me they are both being pig-headed and feel hurt by one another. Do they still love each other, is that why both of them are asking for an annulment rather than a divorce? The whole thing with the careers, I dont see why they could have not each split the year up. Kim live with Kris doing the bb season, off season LA. When he retires, they could live between Minni and LA. Many people do this, when you can afford to do it. Kim could adjust her schedule doing the season(BB) to Kris being that she has more flexibility and his is set in which he can not rearrange it. I honestly don’t understand why they are seperated, if they are both claiming this is why they split? Just doesn’t make sense to me….. Neither one is claiming that they don’t love each other anymore. Neither one of them are perfect but maybe he started dated her after Kim left him and started up with her ex Reggie again. Is Reggie and Kim still dating because I don’t like him because he is a serial cheater. Does Kim want her marriage back and if so, should both of them sit down and have a face to face discussion instead. Both of them are filing for annulment not divorce. I don’t like either of them, but I have so much more respect for Kris! I have yet to hear of an interview where Kris makes any negative remarks about his marriage or the Kardashians. On the other hand, the Kardashians open their mouths every time they have an opportunity. For example, Khloe has expressed her dislikes for Kris multiple times. Sure, their fans may argue that she simply got asked a question and she simply answered it. Well, Kris got asked questions about his marriage and Kim on GMA and he refused to answer them. I don’t think he married her for fame and financial reward. Don’t forget that Kris left New York for his hometown AWAY from the cameras. Since he wasn’t being filmed, that means he didn’t get paid. He also didn’t look like he was in a rush to return; Kim had to ask him to return to New York. And don’t forget that he did want to attend their welcoming party in New York. If he wanted the fame and money, as you claim he does, he would’ve eagerly attended the party where he would’ve been interviewed and gotten his picture taken; instead he left the party early. It was Kim’s idea to start having children right away. She convinced Kris and then changed her mind and didn’t tell him. I thought they had originally agreed to split their time between MN and LA and then she changed her mind and made some very rude comments about MN. She actually tried to hit him when he smudged her toenail polish (physical abuse). She staged fake scenes for the show and manipulated time lines in the show. Kris had an basketball career and still does and earns millions so he doesn’t need her money. His is playing very well in spite of all the negative he faces while on the court. Kim made him live with her family right after the wedding for the taping of the show while she went off on her side trips. He spent more time with her family during their marriage then he did with her. She undressed in front of another man. She only wanted him to bring a few clothes when he was suppose to move in with her. How is this considered a committment to a marriage? Kris never seemed to try to control Kim. He never told her she couldn’t go somewhere or do something. He supported her career but she didn’t support his. I’m sure he would love the kind of publicity he is getting to go away and just be known and respected for her performance on the court. Kim has built her career on lies and is seems to be a very mean person. She originally lied and said she didn’t do a sex tape and then when she was paid millions for it she agreed to the release of the tape. She is mean to her family as seen in quite a few scenes in her show especially the incident with Khloe and the name calling. Then she tells her mother she hates her sisters. Come on she was 30 years old. That is the behavior of a 10 year old. She has no personality in interviews because she has to appear as somthing she is not and watch what she says becuase she can’t show her true self. She’s copied other designers for her lines. Sears even had to pull some items because of copyright enfringement. She’s made misleading statement on products she has endorsed and has also endorsed inferior products. Her endorsement deals don’t seem to last very long so that seems to be an indication that she’s really not that valuable as a spokesperson for products. Kim has always been taken care of by someone else and inheriated money from her father. She had no real job and used her connections to release a sex tape that started her “career”. The family has made millions off of deceiving people and they need to stop. If they are so “real” and “honest” in what they do then why do they use photoshop so much with their pictures and the new one with Kim claiming fraud months later is just another pathetic attempt to sway public opinion.
